Welcome to Print BLVD, a d/b/a of Forming the Future, LLC ("Print BLVD," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of printblvd.co, orders.printblvd.co, and any other website, portal, or service operated by us (collectively, the "Services").
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Please read this document carefully. It includes limitations on our liability (Section 10) and governs how disputes between us are resolved (Section 14).

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website
Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals at least 18 years of age with the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you confirm this is true of you.
2. Intellectual Property and License to Use Our Site
All content on our Services — including text, logos, design templates, product photography, and site design — is owned by Forming the Future, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services to browse, place orders, and manage your account. This license does not give you ownership of any Print BLVD content, templates, or materials.
3. Your Account
If you create an account (including through the Print NOW customer portal), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Orders, Proofs, and Acceptance
All print orders are subject to acceptance by Print BLVD. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, production capacity, or unclear specifications.
For custom print jobs, we will typically provide a digital proof before production. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs. Once a proof is approved, Print BLVD is not responsible for errors (spelling, layout, color variance, etc.) that were present in the approved proof.
Rush orders and expedited production may be subject to additional fees and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and accepted.
Payment is due according to the terms provided at checkout or in your invoice. For recurring or ongoing clients (such as banking and credit union partners), payment terms may be set out in a separate order agreement or invoice schedule.
We reserve the right to require payment in full, or a deposit, before beginning production on custom orders.
6. Print NOW Customer Portal
Print BLVD provides certain clients with access to the Print NOW ordering portal (orders.printblvd.co) for placing and managing recurring print orders. Use of the portal is subject to these Terms. Access may be limited to authorized users at your organization, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to your team.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Print BLVD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping and handling fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout or on your invoice.
8. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds
Because most Print BLVD products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, all sales are final except as described below:
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof due to a Print BLVD production error, contact us for a reprint or a refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or reprints for errors present in a client-approved proof, normal color variation between screen and print, or dissatisfaction with a design choice the client approved.
9. Custom and Client-Supplied Content
When you submit logos, artwork, text, or other materials for use in your order, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant Print BLVD a license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, and you agree to indemnify Print BLVD against claims arising from content you provide.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Services and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print BLVD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print BLVD's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Testimonials and Use of Client Work
With your permission, we may feature completed projects, testimonials, or reviews in our marketing materials, portfolio, or website. We will not use your name, logo, or materials in this way without your consent.
12. Third-Party Products and Vendors
Some products offered through Print BLVD (such as promotional merchandise sourced through third-party suppliers) are fulfilled in partnership with outside vendors. Print BLVD is not responsible for delays or defects that are the sole responsibility of a third-party manufacturer, though we will assist in resolving issues with our vendor partners.
13. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including our use of third-party tools.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dickinson County, Michigan, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services, including the Print NOW portal, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
16. General Provisions
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Print BLVD.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Assignment. We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign your rights without our written consent.
